VIA Flow provides insurance agency management software including client management, policy tracking, form building, and workflow automation tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3.3 Account Types: Different user roles (Agent, Agency Owner, Super Admin) have different access levels and permissions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIA FLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIA Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Termination

12.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
