VIA Flow provides insurance agency management software including client management, policy tracking, form building, and workflow automation tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Account Types: Different user roles (Agent, Agency Owner, Super Admin) have different access levels and permissions.

5.1 Ownership: VIA Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VIA Flow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
5.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software.
6.1 Fees: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is available on our website.
6.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
6.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
6.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIA FLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIA Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
12.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
12.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
